CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

STATE OF GA- DEPT. OF DRIVER SERVICES

 

A successful and established Workforce Solutions Company is accepting applications for a customer service representative to provide temporary services to the State. 

 

POSITION DETAILS:

This is a position that deals with immigration documents verification and contacting customers regarding their immigration status by phone. The immigration status is a key factor in issuing licenses to non-citizens. The training will be on-the-job training and there are more responsibilities once the agent is trained. The faster he/she can learn, the more opportunities we will give them to learn all aspects of our area. Bi-lingual preferred.

The hours are 8:00am-4:30pm but it is slightly flexible if necessary. The person will have to be able to work 40 hours per week, MON-FRI.

Rate: $9.50
