Social Media Specialist

InGenesis is looking to hire a creative, dynamic and organized social media specialist to work for our customer located in Kirkland, QC. In this role you will be responsible to implement the social media content strategy, stay on top of social media trends and identify opportunities to extend the reach and engagement of our messaging. Mainly working with Facebook, but always on the lookout to expand on different platforms, you’ll be in charge of leading content development and reporting on performance.

Responsibilities include:

Execute social media content strategy 

o Develop engaging content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

o Report on KPI and provide insights to stakeholders and senior management

Provide guidance to external agency on engagement and monitoring plan

o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure follow-through of the response plan or develop appropriate response plan when needed

o Ensure all material is aligned with content strategy and all applicable regulations

Develop campaigns to grow our community and engagement

o Identify social media trends and provide insights on how to update content for performance

o Oversee advertising spend

Minimum Qualifications:

Project management experience within social media, marketing, or brand management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills- fully bilingual English/French

Social media Management-Experience with Facebook and Instagram required

Bachelor’s Degree
