InGenesis is currently seeking an Auditor to work with our client in Albany, NY. In this role, you will be working in the NYS Department of Health’s Bureau of Tuberculosis Control office.

Job Duties

· Audit vouchers and process for payment. We currently have 23 contracts in the Bureau of TB and Refugee Health who bill monthly and some quarterly.

· Check the vouchers for math accuracy when received, verify contract information, timeliness and speak to the grantees concerning any issues on vouchers following auditing.

· Reconcile vouchers and enter them into the State Financial System for payment.

· Ensure the vouchers are paid correctly and approved in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience reviewing information for completeness and accuracy; attention to detail

· Experience using Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)

· Experience using online (web-based) computer systems

· Excellent communication skills, including telephone skills and customer service

· Ability to work independently and prioritize work load

*Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
