  • Current/valid Pennsylvania Nursing License or equivalent alternative Pennsylvania professional licensure to be determined by the Commonwealth Agency.
  • Minimum three (3) years professional clinical experience.
  • Minimum (2) years quality improvement experience in multi-faceted formal quality management program.
  • Computer expertise including a working knowledge of word processing functions, and data base utilization, maintenance and management.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Participates in analysis of Quality Management Program reports, with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Performs Quality Management reviews, coordinates, and manages other staff in doing audits.
  • Provides leadership and in-service training for medical and non-medical staff relating to Quality Management, audit methodologies and related plans of correction.
  • Liaison and coordinator with physicians and nurses to implement/support Quality Management Program.
  • Maintain and upgrade skills by attending meetings, training sessions, and seminars and by reviewing current literature.
  • Participates in committee assignments as necessary.
