Job Summary/Description
Leverage staffing, procurement and supplier management expertise to provide customers with a centralized workforce solution. The Client Operations Consultant is responsible for facilitating the InGenesis service offerings (Managed Service Program, Direct Hire (RPO), Statement of Work (SOW), Independent Contractors and Payrolling) for a complex or high-volume account by using an e-procurement tool (VMS) and managing relationships between the client (hiring managers), InGenesis and the approved vendors. This position is the primary point of contact for the hiring managers for fulfillment of contingent worker needs. This position is responsible for providing feedback to the InGenesis Supplier Relations team in supporting their initiatives and provides leads and feedback to the InGenesis Business Development organization when hearing of or uncovering new business opportunities related to expansions or requests for additional services lines.
Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
Clinical Knowledge
• Demonstrated ability in understanding the nursing profession.
• Achieves financial objectives by analyzing variances, selecting appropriate candidates
• Evaluates capabilities of candidates and negotiates bill rates with suppliers according to market conditions.
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information; responding to requests, building rapport, participating in team problem solving methods

Business Development
• Ability to support InGenesis Business Development with referrals of new sales opportunities and expansion of existing accounts.
• Work closely with Business Development to identify opportunities and coordinate introductions.
• Promote InGenesis services offerings; develop and grow relationships with local managers and hiring authorities.
• Work with hiring managers on resource needs and qualification of client projects.

Program Management
• Monitor daily progress of requisitions and follow up accordingly.
• Negotiate bill rates to ensure that they are aligned with current market rates and those prescribed by InGenesis Contract Utilization team.
• Maintain discipline of execution by staying focused on market goals and objectives; manage time and competing priorities; be committed to technology, and documentation requirements; and taking the initiative to learn and fully understand the client’s needs and skills required for open roles being managed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery.
• Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
• Act as a liaison with InGenesis departments to resolve daily operational issues; escalate as appropriate.

Technology Support
• Provide support of Technology when necessary (e.g., update data to resolve system errors; provide feedback on processes to improve integration design).
• Support technology updates.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Master’s Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent preferred.
• Registered Nurse-must have the ability to obtain nursing licensure in Texas
Knowledge
• 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience
• MSP: 1-3 years’ experience as a Client Operations Consultant or similar role
• HR/Staffing: 3+ years’ experience in a role focusing on full cycle staffing/recruiting practices
• Experience with variety of positions including Healthcare, IT and professional
• Understanding of HR/Staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, screening, talent management and recruitment
Skills
• Skills: Intermediate to strong proficiency in:
o Word
o Excel
o PowerPoint
o SAP Fieldglass VMS
o Various HR/procurement tools including: Ariba, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, Coupa and/or Taleo

• Analytical: Ability to see interrelationships of data/ideas. Use of program data to educate customer and drive change.
• Interpersonal Skills: Builds and maintains strong relationships with client and InGenesis team; Able to solution and challenge the status quo.
