Position Overview

The Reruiter will recruit for various federal and state contracts. This position will work closely with a team of managers and other account team members to ensure successful contract execution and maintenance.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Excellent time/management skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong multitasker
  • Strong computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate competency in the completion of the noted job responsibilities.
  • Must demonstrate advanced understanding of planning and marketing concepts
  • Must be proficient at comprehending, reading and writing to fully communicate with field employees, department directors, managers and contracting offices. 


Essential Job Functions

  • Actively build and manage relationships with healthcare professionals as well as government representatives
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans in order to achieve assigned staffing goals
  • Drafting and positing job positions through various job boards
  • Scout qualified candidates through research, cold calls, and meet and greet activities
  • Monitor and oversee various contracts to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Consult with clients and necessary to ensure contract goals and requirement are being met
  • Regularly communicate with employees and contracting offices as required
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets for employee and account maintenance
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
