Job Description:

- Ensure tight IELTS security is upheld  

Maintain filing system of IELTS materials 

- Provide information on IELTS to candidates either face to face or over the telephone

- Be responsible for the test organzation and logistic arrangement

- Other tasks given by line manager.

Job Requirement

 -  Understand IELTS rules & regulations
- Have sound working knowledge on computer software programs
-  Possess a competent English proficiency
- Cooperate with the team and must instill the team based work culture in different areas, including but not limited to, test administration, marketing, test operations, finance, IT and other staff
- Assist colleagues whenever possible
- Handle situations, both out of and at office in a professional manner 
- Handle and manage work pressures effectively
- Communicate with different people at different levels on a day to day basis in English & Vietnamese language


- Staff development & Training.

- Social Insurance according to labour law after 2 months probation.

- Annual leave + sick leave according to IDP policy
