IDP has a demand to recruit the following position:

VISITOR VISA COUNSELLOR

(Full time)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager and Leader:

• Handling visitor visa applications for 2 destinations Australia & US
• Provide counselling to customers
• Prepare & complete visa applications
• Interacting with Immi Departments to follow-up visa result
• Handle customers’ visa issues
• Counsel & support customers to buy OVHC
• Other tasks as assigned by the team leader/line manager

Job Requirement:

• At least 1 year of working experience in the same sector is preferred for this position (visa processing, visa traveling…), OR in administration, document management/ handling.
• Excellent communication, explanation and customer orientation.
• Excellent English. (equivalent IELTS 6.0 or Above)
• Ability to work under high pressure and target.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
