We are actively recruiting Digital Marketing Officer who has biddable or ads optimization specialist to work with marketing team in Bangkok, but opportunities will work closely with regional team throughout IDP South East Asia.


Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the IDP global web support team to drive ongoing enhancements and run effective multi-channel online marketing campaigns within defined lead generation targets
  • Closely collaborate with regional marketing to plan and drive effective digital
  • Develop and agree comprehensive marketing calendars and budgets that successfully support the achievement of student placement and IELTS goals within agreed timeframes
  • Execute digital ad campaigns by managing, monitoring and optimizing cost and performance of ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads/IG and Tiltok)
  • Make effective use of CRM & analytic tools (Google Analytics etc.) to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns, apply learnings /insights to drive better outcomes in future campaigns and track numbers of qualified lead generated vs. target for each destination for IDP
  • Track conversion rates and asses campaign ROI and report back to management in a timely and effective manner


  • THAI nationality
  • Proven language proficiency in both Thai and English
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in any discipline (or work experience equivalent)
  • At least one (1) year of digital marketing experiences
  • Qualified hands-on expertise on Google ads suite and Facebook/IG advertising suite (Any others is a plus)
  • Creative thinker and able to develop contemporary marketing content
  • Good team player: eager to learn and grow in team environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication and customer service orientation
