Job Description

• Providing customers with the best and professional service in their study abroad journey;
• Individual and family counselling with prospective students on studying overseas and visa policy;
• Following up prospective students regularly and updating daily customer information into the company database/CRM. Handling applications and relevant issues to admissions;
• Joining training sessions of partner institution representatives as assigned from Student Placement Manager;
• Supporting in exhibitions, seminars of IDP or partner institutions.

Requirements

• Last year student or fresh graduate;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese);
• Those who love to learn and challenge;
• Actively involved in school and social activities;
• Prior experience in counselling/customer service.
