Position Purpose


The primary object of this role is to ensure correct and widespread usage of the organisation’s knowledge base. The role acts as a key specialist and ensure that the impacted users can access and use the information, they need to do their best work.

This role supports the adoption of the business and customer outcomes of the program. This strategic (design) and hands on delivery (implementation) role manages all aspects of knowledge management and related stakeholder engagement across the entire program.


Deliverables

  • Manage the KB mailbox and update the requests on timely manner.
  • Collect, Prioritise, and update knowledge system on regular periodic basis.
  • Manage the flow of knowledge in the knowledge base system.
  • Knows and clarifies what’s expected, taking accountability to resolve problems, and set high personal standards to keep the knowledge Base updated in timely manner.
  • Collect user feedback on KB articles and perform necessary updates and improvements to address misalignments and misinterpretation challenges.
  • Support the Knowledge Manager in monitoring progress and adoption by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics.
  • Execute communication plans to support the achievement of program outcomes, in particular user adoption.
  • Create high quality information in the knowledge base system. 


 

  • Explore and optimize the usage of knowledge Management system’s features.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure seamless process.

Personal Specification

 

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in knowledge management and / or related operational roles that have a significant change focus.
  • Ability to interact effectively with management and staff at all levels with solid interpersonal skills that may be in geographically disperse locations and / or different cultures.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment within broadly defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt style and approach to suit a particular audience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including skills in developing and delivering presentations for audiences of all levels of business
  • Self-starter: ability to work under minimal supervision’ ability to deliver on time
  • Ability to gain commitment from others, effectively manage expectations and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communicator: that can inspire stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS equivalent 7.0 overall minimum.
  • Alignment to IDP culture and values.


Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in education, digital transformation or with SAP Cloud technologies would be a strong advantage.
