Manager of Investigations & Training

InGenesis is currently seeking a Manager of Investigations & Training to lead and support high level investigations across the organization for our client in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will demonstrate your superior verbal/written communication skills and strong analytic abilities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Prepare reports relative to training and support services activities.
• Manage compliance dashboards and communicate results.
• Provide input on compliance-related standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide routine training to clinical staff and physicians.
• Oversee the Compliance Hotline including the triage and management of cases/investigations.
• Assure the effectiveness of the compliance program per the UTSW Office of Compliance and the UT System-wide Compliance Program.
• Direct identified compliance issues to the appropriate existing channels for evaluation and resolution; operational areas to improve the compliance of processes, coordinates and prepares reports and assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s degree in a related field, preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a healthcare regulatory environment.
