InGenesis is currently seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support our client in Fremont, California. In this role, you will oversee the seamless execution and efficient administration of healthcare programs within our client's network. This position requires regular travel—approximately 30–40% of the time—to various clinic locations in Fremont and San Jose to provide on-site support and maintain strong operational alignment.

Job Duties:
Talent Solutions Delivery:
- Responsible for customer relationship management and contingent worker supplier relations, problem identification and resolution.
- Interfaces regularly with client leadership, attends client meetings as requested, elevates issues to Program Manager that are not resolvable at local level.
- Maintain ongoing communication with contingent workforce and independent contractors.
- Support escalated recruitment pipeline and planning efforts.
Talent Metrics & Compliance:
- Ensure the meeting and exceeding of contractual requirements.
- Collect and analyze program data through daily tracking systems to identify talent supply and demand trends, with a focus on continuous improvement and supplier optimization.
- Prepare scheduled reports and perform clerical and administrative support tasks, including creating PowerPoint presentations and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet client organization needs.
Customer Relationship Growth through Access to Talent:
- Identify ways to streamline and reduce cycle time while enhancing quality in talent delivery to clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet department/organization needs.
Supervision and Performance Oversight:
- Ensure the successful supervision and management of our dedicated medical employees.
- Maintain vigilant oversight of contract performance; promptly elevate issues needing corporate input/assistance.
- Verify attendance at all assigned posts and positions, upholding the work requirements for all personnel under contract.
Safety and Compliance:
- Guarantee that our employees comprehensively understand and adhere to client-established patient safety and security rules, regulations, and policies.
Adaptable Support:
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree accredited by the Department of Education (DOE) in business, healthcare, or a closely related field of study.
- Hold a minimum of five (5) years of proven administrative healthcare management or business experience.
- Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills and experience managing customer relations.
- Preference for candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Demonstrate physical agility, including the ability to bend, stand, and sit for extended periods.
- Be capable of reaching to retrieve documents.
- Ability to carry materials and/or file boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Expect to travel up to 30% to 40% as part of the role's responsibilities.
