Bilingual Workforce Operations Specialist - (13285)
HR/Staffing | Remote in REMOTE, Kirkland, Quebec, Canada | Full Time and Part Time | From CAD $38.46 to CAD $40.00 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bilingual professional to join our team as a Workforce Operations Specialist, supporting a high-impact client program. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering end-to-end workforce solutions across talent operations, program administration, and client services.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
This is a remote position based in Quebec, Canada, with occasional on-site presence required in Montreal/Kirkland as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Operations
- Support job requisitions, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection and new hire logistics
- Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to align on role requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for consultants and temporary workers throughout their assignments
- Manage timekeeping and administrative processes within workforce systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, VMS platforms)
- Provide first-level support for system access, usage, and engagement-related inquiries
- Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and workforce summaries
Client & Program Support
- Support delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and staffing partners to ensure seamless operations
- Take ownership of client interactions, addressing issues, resolving challenges, and ensuring a high level of service delivery
- Identify operational gaps or risks and proactively develop and implement solutions
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Participate in client meetings, check-ins, and business reviews
- Support reporting, data analysis, and workforce program metrics
- Assist with coordination of travel and expense processes, as applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program performance and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or operations
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience supporting contingent workforce programs and/or MSP environments is strongly preferred (expected by client)
- Experience with workforce systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, VMS, or HRIS platforms) strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required
Work Environment & Requirements
- Must reside in Quebec, preferably in or near Montreal
- Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings at the Kirkland office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to operate with a high level of independence and accountability in a dynamic environment
Compliance & Legal
- Knowledge of Canadian federal and Quebec labor standards is an asset
- Must comply with all applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA and provincial regulations
- Required to adhere to all company policies and client requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Regular use of computers and handling of documents.
- May involve standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and other physical activities.
