Administrative | Remote in Houston, TX | Contract | From $22.00 to $22.00 per hour

Job Description

InGenesis is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in achieving our staffing objectives by evaluating and recruiting top talent for our client's vacant positions. The ideal candidate will leverage a variety of resources, including job boards, internet sites, social media, networking, associations, and targeted lists, to find the best candidates. Exceptional people skills are essential, as this role requires clear communication and the ability to present effective solutions to both candidates and clients. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with a team of managers and other account team members to ensure the successful execution and fulfillment of contracts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with professional, administrative, and healthcare professionals to fulfill client hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
  • Understand detailed requirements of job descriptions.
  • Articulate job duties, client environment, process, benefits, and paid time off to potential candidates.
  • Maintain status on all recruiting assignments.
  • Build a pool of candidates in anticipation of client needs for quick fulfillment.
  • Screen applications, interview prospects, coordinate client interviews, etc.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and/or trainings.
  • Communicate professionally with executive leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to changes.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage and identify priorities.
  • Exceptional computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to overcome objections or roadblocks that may prevent candidates from moving through the process.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.
  • Physical demands may include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending
