Clinical Operations Manager

Corporate | Fremont, CA | Full Time | From $100,000 to $120,000 per year

Job Summary

The Clinical Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the daily delivery of Talent Solutions within InGenesis’ Program Office. Serving as the primary liaison between InGenesis and client teams, this individual oversees operational compliance, clinical quality, and workforce performance across multiple clinic sites for InGenesis contingent staff. Responsibilities include conducting regular site visits, leading employee development through clinical assessments, mentorship, and coaching, and acting as a backup to the Senior Program Support Specialist. Additionally, the Clinical Operations Manager supports all program initiatives, including quality assurance reviews, employee counseling, clinical training, and participation in hiring events. This role is essential in advancing performance improvement, workforce readiness, and employee engagement across the program.

Talent Solutions Delivery

• Skillfully coordinate meetings for the program team and operations, ensuring effective collaboration.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor clinic staffing operations and suppoert the performance of InGenesis contingent staff.

• Review candidates to ensure alignment with the client's profile and requirements.

• Collaborate with InGenesis corporate teams on performance improvement plans, retraining efforts, and retention strategies.

• Provide essential support for the escalated recruitment pipeline and planning efforts.

• Act as a backup support for the Program Support Team, including attending client meetings and addressing urgent field issues as needed.

• Collects and supports analysis of program data through daily use of tracking systems. Through analysis, identifies talent supply & demand trends with opportunities for continuous improvement and Supplier optimization.

• Prepares scheduled reports. Performs clerical and administrative support tasks, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations and correspondence.

• Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.






Customer Relationship Growth through Access to Talent

• Identifies opportunities to increase program awareness within current participating clinics and new clinics and enhance quality in talent delivery to client.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related clinical field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting

• Strong aptitude for HR technology systems. ( Paycom, Makeshift, etc.. )

• Strong MS Office skills.

• Ability to travel locally as needed, up to 60%.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to operate a computer and file and retrieve written documents.

• Physical demands may include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending.
