Sourcing / Procurement Specialist
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist to lead the strategic sourcing of goods, equipment, or services. In this role, you will demonstrate technical procurement knowledge for a broad spectrum of commodities and services. These will be pertinent to multiple health and academic institutions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Prepare, manage, and execute the procurement lifecycle of goods, equipment, or services.
• Implement a value-based selection process.
• Coordinate contract review and execution.
• Review contracts to ensure terms are in accordance with client policies and procedures.
• Monitor contractors’ compliance in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Export, filter, and interpret volumes of data to identify opportunities.
• Compile information and respond to internal and external audit requests.
• Manage ongoing vendor relationship and contract management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or business-related field.
• Experience: 2+ years’ experience in contract administration, purchasing, sourcing.
• Certification (Within 6 Months of Hire): Certified Texas Purchasing Manager or Certified Texas Contract Developer.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong knowledge in review/understanding legal contracts, terms, and conditions.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft, preferred.
• Proficiency in e-Builder, preferred.
