Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Work Location: San Antonio, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support the Department of Comprehensive Dentistry. If you meet the qualifications outlined below, apply today and we’ll reach out to answer any questions you may have!

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Receive and prepare patients for dental treatment.
• Assemble, sharpen, and sterilize instruments.
• Prepare work surfaces and materials for use by the dentist.
• Keep records of appointments, examinations, treatments and supplies.
• May assist dentists at chair-side treatment of patients. Requires practical knowledge of standardized procedures and methods used in dentistry. Skilled in techniques and procedures of dental assistance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience as a dental assistant.
• Completion of an approved Dental Assistant course.
• Associates degree in Dental Assisting, preferred.
• Registration with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), required.
• BLS certification, required.
