InGenesis is currently seeking a Program Specialist to assist with the preparation and completion of various IT/budget related documents, including Advanced Planning Documents (APDs), and to support various division websites. Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Create and facilitate submission of Planning/Implementation APDs, updates, and reallocation requests for enhanced federal funding.
• Facilitate documentation that includes needs, objectives, requirements, alternative analysis, proposed project budget, cost distribution budgeting tables, and a project management work plan.
• Monitor status of APD activities and project Federal Funding Participation usage.
• Initiate close out of APDs and funding streams for federal and state initiatives.
• Ensure enhanced funding for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS).
• Assist with website development.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement design options for websites.
• Respond to feedback requests from websites.
• Coordinate website content and features.
• Demonstrate website capabilities to users.
• Assist with various internal and external publications and presentations, when requested.
• Create digital images by gathering information, writing, and using available technology/software.
• Develop written reports, charts, presentations, and other correspondence as directed.
• Clearly communicate complex concepts.
• Support workgroups assigned to implementation of program initiatives with the MMIS.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, required.
• 2+ years of healthcare industry experience, preferably with a health plan.
• Applied analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a shared network environment such as DocuShare or SharePoint.
• Proven ability to complete short and long-term assignments.
