Job Summary/Description
InGenesis seeks an EAP Senior Operations Manager to manage, design, and implement policies and procedure relating to our client’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Ensures that inpatient and outpatient counseling and care facilities meet company standards. Being an EAP Manager provides training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems. Provides counseling to employees in the program.

Minimum Qualifications
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
• Requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Required to obtain comprehensive knowledge of the organization including its mission, structure, operations, services, goals/objectives, policies and procedures. The incumbent must have knowledge and understanding of the critical relationships between FOH Divisions and other federal agencies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workplace behavioral health/Employee Assistance Program (EAP) principles, theories, concepts, procedures, and professional practice guidelines is required in order for the incumbent to serve as a technical authority, provide expert advice and direction to clients, staff, senior management and others, and to assist in the development and delivery of occupational health services nationwide or across Divisions.
• Knowledge of workplace behavioral health/EAP analysis and evaluation, as well as organizational principles such as concepts, methods, and techniques needed for daily operation, evaluation and improvement of program. This includes the ability to deal effectively with company activities and programs that cut across geographic as well as organizational lines. Because programs, products, and services affect a broad range of organizations, the potentially applicable analysis and evaluation methods can be varied and complex.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all professional and support personnel, professional organizations, and with educational institutions which directly and indirectly support our client.
• Strong skills and abilities in communication; both orally and in writing. Skill in communicating and collaborating effectively with a variety of audiences, including customer points of contact, management, and support staff. Communication skills include the ability to present successful orientations and trainings as well as present recommendations to individuals, groups, and boards on a broad spectrum of topics related to EAP programs, policies, and procedures in a style that is appropriate and understandable to the target audience.
