Business Project Manager
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Business Project Manager to assist in the management and strategic development of major campus-wide projects, programs, and initiatives. In this role, you will manage approved projects to ensure that the budget and target schedule are met.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Assist with development of project scope and budget for all projects.
• Create work plans, time schedules, and responsibilities for each project.
• Develop and maintain project work plans to measure and manage progress against the budget/plan.
• Act as a liaison from departments to Provost Administration.
• Manage and direct staff in matrix organization.
• Attend and facilitate project team meetings.
• Complete all administrative tasks to launch and review projects.
• Work with Provost Administration on funding issues as applicable.
• Manage communications among all project stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, required.
• 4+ years of project management experience, required.
• Master’s degree, preferred.
• Project Management certification, preferred.
• Related operational experience may substitute for Master’s degree.
• Ability to use considerable judgement.
• Knowledge of construction processes, product application, and building/infrastructure component assemble.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookups, VBA, etc.), strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
