State Tested Nurse’s Aide (All Shifts Available)

Job Summary/Description

InGenesis has exciting opportunities available for State Tested Nurse’s Aides (STNA) to join our Correctional Client located in Columbus, OH. In this position, you will provide direct patient care for Ill or injured inmates and assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living and be part of their healthcare team. All work shifts available to choose from. The positions start contract with the option to get hired. If you’re ready to provide these patients with the best care possible, Apply Now. Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to)

SHOWCASE your experience providing direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, patient assessments, education, taking vitals, assists with doctor’s rounds and responding to emergency care treatments ( CPR) and other care duties.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE as you provide compassionate care to each inmate.

BRING your attention to detail in computer documentation, manage cleanliness of areas and equipment and flexibility to work in a priority changing work setting.

WOW them with your teamwork abilities as you assist other healthcare staff to achieve health and wellness goals of the inmates.


Minimum Qualifications

• Education - High school graduate or equivalent / must have Accredited Nurse Aide Training Program.

• Certification/ Licensure - Hold a current, valid Ohio license, certificate, or registration, as required by the state of Ohio

• Experience - Minimum of 1-year experience last 12 months

• Credentials - Maintenance of current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for HealthCare Workers or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification for HealthCare workers.
