Job Description
Sr. Sterile Processing Technician
Work Location: Houston, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Senior Sterile Processing Technician to perform all tasks associated with sterile processing within the surgical, hospital and clinic settings for our client located in Houston, Texas.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Identify and inspect instruments for cleanliness and functionality.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain safety standards.
• Prepare case carts and deliver instrumentation to the operating room.
• Stock operating room par levels for stored instrumentation and emergency carts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hospital-based sterile processing experience.
• Diploma from an approved Sterile Processing Program.
• No experience required with preferred education.

PLUS, one of the following:
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
• Certified Sterile Processing Distribution Technician (CSPDT)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
