Scholarship Administration Manager (CAPS)
Work Location: Atlanta, GA

InGenesis is currently seeking a Child and Parent Services (CAPS) Scholarship Administration Specialist Manager with strong knowledge/experience with program development and implementation. In this role, you will ensure that staff are performing in compliance with CAPS policies, procedures, and appropriate documentation standards.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Process referrals from Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) and/or partner agencies for CAPS scholarships to determine eligibility.
• Plan and manage region workload to accomplish mission and goals.
• Facilitate communication within the division and with other divisions of the agency.
• Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a human service delivery program.
OR
• Master’s degree in related field and 1+ year of supervisory experience in a human service delivery program.
OR
• Related certification and 1+ year of supervisory experience in a human service delivery program.
OR
• 2+ years’ experience at lower level social services program manager/supervisory level.
