Financial Representative I
Work Location: Harrisburg, PA

InGenesis is currently seeking a Financial Representative I to ensure that the Nursing Assessment System (NAS) is accurately recording assessment and charges/associated payments by the facilities and the Agency. In this role, you will track, record, and monitor $500,000,000+ per year of payments from hundreds of facilities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Generate reports and updates for management.
• Issue notification letters to facilities for fee adjustments, late report submittals, and late fee payments.
• Calculate allowed interest and fees on late report submissions and assessment payments.
• Track progress on approved facility payment plans.
• Record payments from the facilities and
• Place liens against payments to the facilities.
• Process Nursing Home Transition payments.
• Process invoices from contractors who provide services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience (or college with coursework in) two (2) or more of the following areas: accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
• Experience using, creating, and manipulating Excel spreadsheets.
