Financial Representative – Blended Rate
Work Location: Selinsgrove, PA

InGenesis is currently seeking a Financial Representative – Blended Rate to conduct financial reviews of nursing facility (NF) medical assistant (MA) billing practices with follow-up reporting, analysis, processing of claim adjustments.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Provide technical assistance and act as resource for exchange of information (verbal/written).
• Perform review of resident personal care funds/accounts to assess appropriateness of expenditures.
• Analyze accounts receivable to identify overpayments.
• Perform financial reviews and follow-up reviews according to established policies.
• Prepare and coordinate all necessary work to organize and perform reviews.
• Analyze documentation to identify recurring trends and issues.
• Identify financial non-compliance issues.
• Process claim adjustments according to established procedures.
• Monitor status of all submitted claim adjustments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education/experience.
• Experience in health care accounts receivable and cost reporting, a plus.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid billing.
• Working knowledge of various computer software and spreadsheet application.
• Travel to nursing facilities across the assigned region and statewide, required.
