Director, Compliance Program
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Director of Compliance Program (Development & Effectiveness) to manage the day-to-day operation of the compliance program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing policies and procedures for the operation of the program and monitoring its performance for effectiveness.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Monitor program performance on a continuing basis.
• Establish employee compliance training, documents, education, etc. to reduce the risk of noncompliance.
• Direct and supervise assigned personnel in the compliance division.
• Perform system-wide compliance risk assessment.
• Maintain confidential reporting system to allow reports of suspected noncompliance/incidents.
• Prepare and present reports summarizing the Program Development and Effectiveness’ activities.
• Coordinate the use of technology, tools and systems for the Office of Compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy, Business, Healthcare Administration Accounting/Finance, Law, or related field.
• Master’s degree, preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years’ experience in compliance Operations, Health Care Management, auditing, consulting, legal operations, or financial management.
• Licensure:
• Certifications: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
