Compliance Analyst II – Marketing / Training
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst II to provide Marketing and Training support regarding compliance management. In this role, you will develop compliance related training documents, marketing materials, compliance branding materials, compliance campaigns, etc.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Conduct complex assurance/effectiveness reviews of compliance activities.
• Develop and implement compliance campaigns throughout organization, including new employee and annual education campaigns.
• Maintain promotional materials.
• Track training and education numbers.
• Develop content and maintain compliance website.
• Maintain knowledge of current developments in compliance.
• Conduct training sessions on compliance-related topics.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, consulting, project management, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years professional experience in a compliance or marketing-related field.
