Bilingual Medical Management Specialist

Job Summary/Description
We are currently seeking to find several candidates bilingual Spanish - RNs, LPCs OR LMSWs–Medical Management Specialists for positions near Downers Grove, IL. These are short term (3 mo.) contract positions. We’ve worked with this organization for quite some time. Candidates get out there and really enjoy the environment. There’s a special sense of teamwork and support within the organization. When an assignment is nearing completion, managers frequently work to find a position for the temporary employee elsewhere within the organization. It’s a highly unusual practice that other organizations do not engage but it is an excellent example of the support and teamwork we’ve seen consistently over the years.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
The current openings are for field positions. About 75% of the contractor’s time will be spent visiting customers of the organization. Visits may include professional offices, retail/manufacturing environments but many will be visits to home-bound customers. Contractors will be compensated for any mileage incurred and the region of travel will be between Downers Grove and Chicago. You will be conducting health education and medical management programs for customers receiving government health care plans. You will provide education and coaching and will gather specific information for analysis and reporting purposes. Minimum Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for State of IL
• 2 years direct clinical care to the consumer in a clinical setting.
• 3 years wellness or managed care experience presenting clinical issues
• Bilingual Spanish
