Stratus Solutions, a small, privately owned IT consulting firm based out of Fulton, MD, is rapidly growing and seeking a smart, creative web developer to work on providing web development services for a cutting edge telecommunications research laboratory. You will participate in highly visible web design and implementation tasks with direct mission impact. A successful candidate will be integrated into a variety of tasks ranging from client side development to full stack development.

What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have:

  •  3+ yrs with client-side development​
  •  Knowledge of UI frameworks such as Angular, Meteor, ReactJS, or similar
  •  Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES,5 and ES6
  •  Knowledge of CSS
  •  Self-driven
  •  Broad knowledge of available technology stacks for different project needs
  •  Interested in learning and working with new technologies and parts of the stack
  • Top Secret ( with polygraph) Federal Government clearance is required

Additional preferred skills: 

  • Experience with server-side development using Python, Redis, PostgreSQL, and others
  • Experience with Python visualization tools such as Plotly or Bokeh
