We’re seeking to fill a position for our client near Lancaster, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to move into a Healthcare/Medical Sales type of a role. Experience in the healthcare field is not required, however, we are seeking a candidate with sales experience, with a preference to retail sales.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for enrolling patients in a disease management program. When a potential client states they are interested in learning more information, via website, advertising, etc., you will reach out to the prospect and schedule a time to come in and learn more. Upon arrival, the Enroller will guide prospective client through a presentation and answer any follow up questions.
The sales process most closely resembles retail sales (customer arrives, sales associate answers questions and provides recommendations). The hours are 8-5 Mon-Fri.
The company is small but growing at an explosive rate, which means there are unlimited opportunities for advancement for the right person. Our client has an excellent reputation for keeping their employees, which means they offer a very good work environment. Some companies over-hire when performance is good but lay off when performance declines. This company doesn’t engage in that practice. They are very good at setting goals and meeting their projections. The result is long term employee retention.
The pay rate for this is approximately $17/hr ($35K) + monthly commission. Commission of $200 paid for every patient enrolled in the program. Average enrollments range from 7-12 per month (based on current employee production data)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be professional (verbal, written and well-groomed)
- Some sales experience is required (retail, call center, etc.)
- Stable work history with longevity at each position
