Talent Acquisition Specialist - IC
Work Location: San Antonio, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – IC* to work for our corporate office in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting candidates for our clients’ vacant positions, utilizing available resources such as job boards, internet site, social media, etc.

Job Duties
• Identify and build relationships with qualified candidates.
• Fulfill client hiring needs.
• Meet and exceed staffing goals.
• Understand detailed requirements of positions.
• Articulate position details to candidates.
• Build pool of candidates in anticipation of client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Thorough understanding of workforce solution industry.

Soft Skills:
• Ability to overcome objections from potential candidates.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal).
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
