Salesforce Business Analyst

Corporate | Remote in Remote, Houston, TX | Full Time

Job Description

InGenesis is currently seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to work with remotely.  In this role, you will provide leadership and support in all aspects to deliver successful platform implementations by providing subject matter expertise on Vendor Management Systems, Salesforce and HR focused applications.  Work with Implementations team to achieve maximum client satisfaction and process excellence throughout Implementation lifecycle.

 Job Duties

  • Manage, configuration and maintenance of Applicant Tracking systems.
  • Work with assigned team members to present VMS system best practices.
  • Lead or participate in business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with client.
  • Ensure client configuration and business requirements documents are accurate, complete and signed off by client.
  • Configure test and production environments.
  • Support Sales efforts by staging and conducting system demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Actively participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Engage with customer to format, collect and reconcile gaps in data; user, cost center, supplier, worker, rate cards, job descriptions, worksites, and approval hierarchy.
  • Client support of post implementation system needs.
  • Provide direction and leadership to ensure professional platform delivery
  • Provide strategic tactical guidance for creating, implementing and driving efficient and effective delivery. strategy, quality, resource management and support of VMS and HR platforms.
  • Provide first-level point of integration and escalation support for client engagements to ensure all team members are aligned in their deployment efforts.
  • Support client implementation life cycle from start to finish in a structured and professional matter.
  • Act as the client point of contact for configuration queries during implementation.
  • Ensure tools and templates are utilized and kept current.
  • Provide input to facilitate improvement of tools and templates for configuration management.
  • Advise external clients and internal staff on best practices for implementing applications and software.
  • Manage assigned work stream duties in the delivery of VMS and MSP implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customers’ needs and translate business requirements to configuration.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn unfamiliar systems, and to stay informed of new technologies.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years CRM admin/configuration experience.  Admin certification preferred.
  • Minimum of three years staffing industry experience, MSP experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management in a clear, concise, and well-organized fashion.
  • VMS applications expertise, Fieldglass, Vector, etc.
  • Exceptional service orientation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn unfamiliar systems, and to stay informed of new technologies.
  • Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate culture and the standards and work ethic consistent with that environment.
