Human Resources Technician / Administrative Assistant

InGenesis is currently seeking a Human Resources Technician to perform administrative tasks at the reception/front desk for our client located in Houston, TX. Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Greet and direct visitors.
• Verify badge requests and completion of background checks.
• Validate parking.
• Perform data entry.
• Receive and route packages appropriately.
• Assist with job application computers.
• Vet contractors.
• Check in visitors for onboarding and badging.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of general clerical experience or equivalent combination of college/experience.
• Strong administrative background.
• Understanding of customer service and call center practices.
• Human Resources / HR or call center experience, preferred.
• 1 – 4 years of post-secondary school training, preferred.
• Previous benefit or KRONOS experience, a plus.
• Bilingual, preferred.
