Employee Engagement Specialist (Compliance) - CORPORATE
Work Location: San Antonio, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist (Compliance) to conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. In this role, you will manage active employees to ensure they are compliant as mandated by Federal, State, Municipality, and Private Sector regulations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Ensure full compliance of active employees.
• Run/review monthly reports to determine upcoming credential expirations.
• Run/review monthly reports to confirm employee status.
• Notify employee of upcoming expirations.
• Work with employee to obtain credentials to ensure they remain in compliance.
• Assign electronically any skills and competencies annually required.
• Conduct random audits of active employee files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Some college, preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
