Digital Label Copy Coordinator
Work Location: New York, NY
InGenesis seeks a Digital Label Copy Coordinator to be responsible for researching release information for releases spanning several genres and the entry and maintenance of the information in the proprietary label copy system (GRPS). Functions include coordination and research of information from multiple sources and to ensure that information is flowing correctly to downstream systems so that accurate digital delivery is achieved and digital partner style guidelines are met. Other responsibilities may include scheduling support for digital catalog releases. Research and data entry for digital releases. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to research and track information for a high volume of releases
• Outstanding attention to organization and detail
• Independent follow through on projects
• Ability to maintain complex systems and communicate data issues
• Strong research skills
• Computer Skills: Strong understanding of Sony system GRPS (if possible, not required). Intermediate proficiency with Google docs, MS Word and Excel.
