Customer Service Representative (9202)

Job Description

InGenesis is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with our client located in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will handle all customer contact received by telephone or in writing.

Job Duties

  • Troubleshoot inquiries.
  • Follow-up with customers on issues that cannot be resolved immediately.
  • Handle inquiries regarding verbal reporting of results, concerns of service failures, etc.
  • Report lab results to clients.
  • Document reporting or call history in patient file.
  • Maintain appropriate records.
  • Contact client to resolve routine matters related to patient testing and result reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Moderate level Microsoft Windows/Office experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Preferred: Minimum 40 WPM typing speed.
