Administrative Support Specialist
Work Location: San Antonio, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support our client located in the Medical Center. If you meet the qualifications outlined below, apply today and we’ll reach out to answer any questions you may have!

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Monitor the Contracts mailbox (log new information, manage inquiries, forward items to appropriate specialist).
• Collect, compile and analyze moderately complex data and information.
• Prepare documents for authorized official signatures.
• Distribute fully executed agreements as directed by Specialists.
• Scan documents in preparation for file closure.
• Scan cancer center backlog files into Jaggaer.
• Shred documents, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Associates degree with 5+ years’ administrative experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 7+ years’ related experience.

• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office programs.
