InGenesis currently has an opening for a Workforce Program Coordinator.   In this role, you would be responsible for operational tasks that support our client’s hiring and staffing programs while bringing customers a centralized workforce solution.  This position is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of a variety of Human Resources, Client Services and Administrative tasks supporting both internal and external clients under the supervision of a Sr. Client Operations Consultant.

  • This is a remote position, but must be able to travel occasionally to the client site in Kirkland, Québec.
  • Part-time candidates will be considered.

Talent Solutions Delivery 

  • Assist with recruitment process, new hire documentation and onboarding.
  • Liaise with client to ensure program is fulfilling their staffing needs.
  • Act as main point of contact for all external workforce program associates, from recruiting and throughout the duration of their assignments.
  • Ensure all administrative and timekeeping activities are fulfilled within the VMS employee management platform (SAP Fieldglass).
  • Provide support and troubleshooting to employees on all administrative aspects of their engagements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.


Client, Program and Supplier Management

  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery.  
  • Act as a liaison/first point of contact (POC) with client and supplier to resolve daily operational issues; escalate as appropriate.
  • Build customer, employee and supplier relationships through professional rapport, consistent follow-up, maintaining contact and ongoing communication.
  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly review calls with clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, as well as overall customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee review of travel requests and expense reports for processing and reimbursements.


 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate years’ experience.
  • Experience in a customer service or HR administrative function.
  • Strong aptitude for HR technology systems (VMS tool user skills are a plus).
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • External workforce or MSP experience highly preferred.
  • Bilingualism preferred.
