Registered Nurse II
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking an experienced RN II to provide nursing care for our established client in Dallas, TX. Utilize your training and nursing expertise in this role to provide these patients with the best care possible.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Perform and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to plan and prioritize nursing care.
• Identify and implement appropriate nursing interventions based on completed assessment.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all interventions.
• Evaluate implemented interventions and modify care according to the evaluation.
• Provide appropriate and timely answers or education to patient and family.
• Complete documentation of all education provided.
• Welcome and orient patient and family to the unit.
• Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE approved/accredited program.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license as issued by the state of Texas.
• 3+ years’ experience in Labor and Delivery, required.
• Experience as a circulator in the OR, a huge plus.
• Fetal monitoring experience, highly preferred.
• BSN, preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
