We are currently seeking to fill several Patient Billing Representative positions in Laguna Hills, CA. These are full time direct hire/perm placement positions at varying levels mid to senior level. Depending on experience, the positions will pay $40K-$60K.

In a nutshell, you will be responding to calls regarding billing/claims and explain information provided on EOB’s and itemized billing.  You will also contact facilities and providers to discuss charge adjustments, participate in process improvement initiatives; maintain positive team environment, maintain customer service standards and provide accurate call resolution.



  • 2 years of experience (minimum) working with facilities, providers or members, regarding medical billing, claims or health plan questions
  • Experience working in a high call volume environment such as in a call center or busy facility
  • Must be customer driven, excellent telephone demeanor and an overwhelming desire to help others
  • Any experience working with healthcare benefits is a huge plus
