- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Test Engineer. The successful candidate will work on a new product development program, which is currently in the Feasibility phase.
Test Engineer Responsibilities:
- Work extensively in the onsite lab performing assessments on the Diagnostics Instruments using an array of different assays and tissue samples. The results of these assessments will help with the creation of design inputs for the new system.
Test Engineer Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in the following:
- Systems Characterization Protocols.
- Design of Experiments.
- Test Method Validation.
- Proven ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols.
- Planning and execution of assigned projects; utilizing thorough technical and theoretical understanding of numerous techniques.
- Experience in data analysis, evaluation of results, forming of conclusions and providing/implementing process or document improvements.
- Skilled at project planning, process updating and contributing to experimental design.
- Quality control of work product.
- Motivated, hands-on engineer who is highly coachable.
- Bachelor's in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
