A leading electronic testing company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to design and develop new IT technical solutions/capabilities to solve large, complex business problems and deliver new capabilities. This engineer is focused on implementation of IIoT/Industry 4.0 applications, connecting PMTC equipment to software and systems to enable this technology. The candidate will be responsible for technical planning, designing, development and modification of new solution specifications and application, including technical design of content structure, user/process flows and interfaces.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
- Implement IIoT/Industry 4.0 applications, connecting PMTC equipment to software and systems to enable this technology.
- Responsible for technical planning, designing, development and modification of new solution specifications and application, including technical design of content structure, user/process flows and interfaces.
- Manage large information technology vendors in the technical aspects of designing and developing IT solutions and interface with PMTC production equipment regarding IT services and machine support.
- Determine and develop approaches to assignments.
- Contribute IT technical content to projects and programs.
- Apply deep technical specialization to solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Perform IT functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of applications programs supporting the company infrastructure business processes and operations and/or network-based (cloud) product systems.
- Analyze, install, acquire, modify, ad support operating systems, database, or utilities software.
- Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions.
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independence
- AI/ML applications expereince

Applications: Analyzes, designs, configures and tests software programs through the entire product life cycle from business partner requirement definition to release and support.
Computing: Assesses requirements, designs systems, and manages the lifecycle of computing hardware and database systems.
Networking: Assesses requirements, designs systems, and manages the lifecycle of network systems.
Security: Develops and executes security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce, and web-based systems.
