A leading digital streaming network seeks a Campaign Analysis Senior Manager to own paid media reporting and analysis for global campaigns, turning performance data into insights, stories, and recommendations.

Campaign Analysis Senior Manager Responsibilities:

  • Own paid media reporting for global campaigns, analyzing performance to build intra-campaign and post-campaign insights and wrap-up reports, tracking results against benchmarks with paid media channel leads, and developing new reports and enhancements.
  • Analyze data, build a story of results, and present findings, trends, and learnings to internal marketing teams, other departments, peers, and leadership, including dashboard visualizations.
  • Maintain data cleanliness by QA'ing raw campaign data and correcting data errors, and handle ad hoc requests from activation teams.
  • Provide forward-looking recommendations on audience targeting, partner mix, and budget to the activation and campaign planning teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between marketing and BI, driving projects with BI, marketing, and media teams from start to completion, adjusting priorities as needed.

Campaign Analysis Senior Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct experience at a brand, agency, or related vendor in a digital media field or role, including full-lifecycle project management in a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in the digital media industry within marketing, advertising, or advertising technology and analytics.
  • Knowledge of digital paid media attribution, metrics (e.g., CPM, CPA), benchmarks (e.g., average video view rate), ad products, and media math.
  • Experience with ad servers such as CM360, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Kochava or AppsFlyer, and self-serve ad platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe and Google Analytics.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel (including pivot tables), Tableau, and Data Studio, with intermediate to advanced experience extracting data from multiple sources to build dashboards and visualizations.
  • Strong visual presentation and data storytelling skills using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote.
  • Must be able to complete a case study exercise as part of the interview process.
  • Experience with entertainment streaming or DTC brands is preferred.
  • SQL experience is preferred.

Shift:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
