- Hourly pay: $30/hr
- Worksite: Leading medical institution (San Francisco, CA 94143 - Hybrid, 3 days required onsite – additional days may be required during training and Oracle system implementation go live)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment – Possibility of extension
A leading medical institution is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Cloud and Excel.
Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume of invoices and ensure payment within a timely manner
- Obtain approvals for invoices, check invoices for budget and compliance, and process and code invoices and credit memos
- Research, identify, and resolve complex invoice issues related to electronic invoices and unpaid invoices
- Assist with managing AP related documents
- Familiarity with sales and use tax requirements and assessing amount on invoices appropriately
- Understands and identifies transactions that are subject to 1099 reporting
- Provides guidance to campus on policies in procure-to-pay polices
- Review and approve payment requests according to policy and ensure complete and accurate documentation
- Provides excellent customer service to departmental users and vendors
- Ensuring and ensuring work queues are managed within Service Level Agreements
- Create and run departmental reports or operational monitoring, critical daily operation, and ad-hoc reports for analysis
Accounts Payable Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and revelant experience
- Systems proficiency: online Accounts Payable system (e.g, Oracle Cloud or other large ERP system)
- GHX and Oracle Cloud system experience required
- Proficient in Excel and ability to manage large data sets and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detailed oriented
- Good reading comprehension skills
- Ability to deal with sensitive situations with tact
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage workload
- Bright and quick learner
