- 40 hours/week, 2 Month Assignment
One of the most prestigious and well-known universities is seeking an HR Representative. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.The company offers a great work environment!
HR Representative Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience working in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment as a subject matter expert in one functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.
- Ability to provide world-class customer service.
- Ability and judgment to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to keep abreast of constantly changing University systems, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of university personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
Shift:
- 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
