A leading professional networking company seeks a Bay Area Executive Briefing Center Coordinator. The successful candidate will manage Executive Briefing Center (EBC) operations and venue management logistics for the San Francisco and Mountain View EBC spaces, including: Maintaining ongoing comms w/ workplace services; Overseeing F&B needs; Security and front desk liaison; Maintain Bay Area EBC calendars across Exec Engagements and other space needs. Executive Briefing Center Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Day-of event management for all SF & MTV office Exec Engagement programming, including: security and building access, printing, food & beverage, gifting, technology troubleshooting as needed for both full and guided support engagements.
  • Serve as direct POC for Events/Facilities teams in SF & MTV offices.
  • Partner with the technology & AV management team to ensure technology needs are met across the SF & MTV EBC space and ongoing maintenance occurs.
  • Serve as strategic partners to LET EA's to ensure leaders’ space needs are met within reason and bandwidth, building strong trust and alignment across the EA community.
  • Supports EE operations for non-EBC Space Briefings (Seattle (Microsoft), Detroit, Carpinteria,), including logistics, F&B/catering for full and guided support models.

Executive Briefing Center Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the marketing or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders; prior experience in an Executive Briefing Center is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple competing priorities is preferred.
  • Proficient in the following: GSuite Products/Tools, MSFT Products/Tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., Virtual Meeting technology is preferred.
