One of the most prestigious and well-known universities is seeking a Cupid Analyst. The successful candidate will design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems and serve as the primary support contact and expert for technology solutions used within the cardiology service lines. Cupid Analyst Responsibilities:

• Provides support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, when adapting software to meet their needs.
• Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Prepare detailed specs encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk, and impact analysis.
• Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the applications.
• Develop and document internal procedures and establish change control processes for the application.
• Be the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing support (7x24). Help support the on-call rotation for both applications, Cupid and Radiant.

Cupid Analyst Qualifications:

• Epic Cupid and Radiant certifications.
• Cupid implementation and support.
