Job Description

This position is for a strong Lead Esthetician that has the potential to be a Salon Manager. We will offer a paid, structured ‘Manager in Training’ program for qualified candidates interested in a management position. The Salon Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ's goals through performing facials, staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager helps create an environment that promotes customer service, client retention and employee development.

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lash tint & lifts, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept spaces promote a welcoming and relaxing environment. There is a ton of growth potential within FACE FOUNDRIÉ.

Our “SKIN EXPERT” (Lead/Esthetician) is responsible for performing 40-minute facials, brows, lashes and waxing. The SKIN EXPERT is also responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. Skin Experts provide excellent customer service, achieve all service and product goals as well as following all of FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines. Must be 18 years to apply with an active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law. Must maintain an active license, including personal renewal protocol, for the duration of your position.


As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will -

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.

  • Achieve personal and store goals.

  • Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.

  • Perform services, including but not limited to: dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts and tints.

  • Give service recommendations and rebook clients.

  • Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services to ensure Board compliance at all times.

  • Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

  • Organize supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times & equipment functioning.

  • Assist in all in-store operational processes.

  • Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

  • Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

  • Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

    Salon Manager Responsibilities:
    - Focus on the customer experience
    - Assist in the interview process
    - Train new and existing team members in service protocols, product knowledge and in-store processes
    - Responsible for performing services on clients and leading by example
    - Coach team members and assist in professional development
    - Conduct monthly and annual reviews
    - Assist in store's inventory
    - Help with marketing efforts (including but not limited to social media videos)
    - Meet financial metrics set by Leadership Team
    - Participate in all trainings and staff meetings
    - Report directly to the Area Manager

Experience we are looking for -

  • 3 years experience as an esthetician and prior management and/or training.

  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.

  • Developed communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
