Front Bar Receptionist

As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will work in partnership with the Salon Manager to provide outstanding customer service. You will be apart of a fun and energetic environment with TONS of career growth potential!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create an impeccable experience for each customer

  • A warm welcome, pleasant check-in, and friendly professional service greeting

  • Help check-out and rebook clients 

  • Ensure consistent on-time appointment starts

  • Follow FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards and protocols

  • Service and product education and recommendations that align with each client’s unique needs

  • Client concerns resolved using a ‘make it right’ approach

• Meet and exceed service, product, rebook goals

  • Participate in required education

  • Attend all metric and goals meetings

  • Helps book appointments in-person and over the phone  
    
    

Position Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent 
• Current Florida Facial Specialist/Esthetician License students is a plus 
• 1+ years customer service experience
• 1+ years of spa/salon experience is a plus
• Ability to work nights and weekends. Saturdays are required
• Flexible availability 
• Ability to perform minor lifting
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus

Job Type: Part-Time (2-3 days per week, including weekends)
